It has now been two months since my revision rhinoplasty. Sensation has returned to my nose considerably, and while the height is unchanged, only the swelling has gone down, so it has settled in very naturally. Before, I said I would be happy if it just looked like a normal human nose, but I am so, so grateful to Dr. Kim Hyeon-ju for sculpting it this well(?)..!!! There is a little scar tissue at the nasal entrance, but I was told we would treat the scar tissue starting at three months after rhinoplasty! I plan to manage it well as it is until my three-month follow-up. At AreU Plastic Surgery, I had septal reconstruction, saddle-nose correction, and columella lowering with RU 3D DCF, using autologous costal cartilage throughout.
