To start with the result, I love my rhinoplasty. What bothered me most was that my nasal tip looked droopy rather than my bridge, but I was also afraid of implants. They said that adjusting only the nasal tip would be enough rather than raising the bridge further. They said that instead of making it excessively high, elevating the nasal tip in harmony with my facial features would improve my overall image more, and I think that is exactly how it turned out now.
Overall, my nose feels slimmer and more centered, and I really love the defined, smooth line from the side. At first there was a lot of swelling, so I wondered if my nose had become even bulkier, but once the swelling went down, the line really became visible lol. Honestly, I worried that a no-implant procedure might not show, but the effect is better than expected. It seems perfect for people like me who want to achieve balance...!
