I was looking into a revision rhinoplasty using donor costal cartilage and went for a consultation. The consultation was quite long. When I said it was not my first surgery, they examined my current condition in detail first. Both donor costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage were possible, but because I am very active, autologous costal cartilage felt a little burdensome to me. They went through the condition of my nose, explained each material, and made it clear what needed to be improved in my current state. They said they had seen many revision cases as well. It seems pretty good so far.
