I am leaving a review of my functional and cosmetic nose surgery with Dr. Kim Tae-hwan at [Clinic A] :) I had nasal congestion, and I was concerned about my bulbous nose and overall nasal shape, so I went in for a consultation. Rather than wanting an overly dramatic change, I wanted a result that naturally suited my face. The surgery addressed the functional nose issues along with my bulbous nose and columella overall. At first I could not tell because of the swelling, but as time passed, I could see it gradually settling into a more natural shape. What I especially like is that my nose looks less wide than before and my overall impression looks cleaner from the front. I am also satisfied because my profile looks natural, without being excessively high or artificial.
It has not settled completely yet, but people around me often say something has changed without being able to tell exactly what. I think the natural change I wanted came out well haha.
