I heard that a bulbous nose is difficult to correct in a single surgery. Is that true? Of course everyone feels this way, but I want to finish it in one go. I think I need surgery for both my bulbous nose and dorsal hump, and if it can come out nicely with a straight profile, I am considering harvesting autologous costal cartilage. I want the hump shaved down a little, but improving my bulbous nose is what I want most. Are [Clinic A], [Clinic B], and [Clinic C] good for male rhinoplasty? Especially for bulbous noses?
