My nasal bridge was not completely low, but what I regretted most was that my nasal tip was round and seemed slightly upturned. Looking back, I also think my nasal bridge lacked overall definition. However, an overly high, pointed nose felt burdensome, so finding the look I wanted was not as easy as I expected. I wanted some height in the bridge, a neat tip, an appropriate columella–labial angle, and a more defined overall line. I had surgery at Pinte Plastic Surgery. During the consultation, I described the look I wanted, and we worked out together what was possible with my nose. Early after surgery, swelling made the tip look larger than I expected, so I worried for no reason, but it gradually settled into shape with time. Now my bridge is clearly more defined than before, and my tip has been refined as I wanted, so I am satisfied. It does not look excessively built up, either, so it does not look disconnected from my face. What satisfies me most after surgery is realizing that changing just one nose can alter the whole impression of the face this much. Haha. I think the remaining minor swelling will go down a little more, so I will keep watching it, but so far I am glad I had it done at Pinte.
