I have an ear-cartilage support, but it feels hard and foreign, so I am planning a complete removal. If it is removed, will my nose inevitably turn up? Since I had an extension support made with ear cartilage, it feels hard and there is a foreign-body sensation and tension when I speak, so it is very uncomfortable... oh dear T_T
