It seems that many people undergo removal/revision because their first surgery left them with a Pinocchio nose or a witch nose (including me). Why on earth do doctors make Pinocchio noses? I... I wanted something natural;;; From now on, please do not project it so far forward—just adjust the angle. This is crazy.
