When I went for a consultation at [Clinic A], it was indeed conservative. They told me to maintain the nasal tip, and said they would do it if I absolutely insisted on removal, but it felt like, “I told you not to remove it, so even if a problem occurs, I warned you.” T_T
I had septal extension too, so my nasal tip is very uncomfortable. The consultation did not give me confidence, so I did not like it much. But looking at the doctor's blog, they seem extremely meticulous and to place great importance on balance during surgery, and the shapes look pretty too. Of course, by pretty I mean a natural nose, not a dramatic radix.
But when I look for reviews, there are many posts saying people do not go to [Clinic A] much these days T_T Why is that? Is it not because of surgical results, but because many people like me who want reassurance avoid it? T_T I am curious how the nasal tips are after total removal surgery for people here at [Clinic A]. T_T
