Today is day 7 after a no-implant nasal tip surgery using autologous costal cartilage, and I had the nose taping removed. There is a slight step-off; could this be swelling?! I asked the clinic, and they said nasal swelling goes down from the bridge toward the tip and that I should wait at least a month. But I also saw posts saying that if there is a step-off initially, the shape will not change, so I cannot stop worrying.
