It has almost been 7 weeks since my complete removal. During my primary surgery, the dorsal hump was shaved and silicone was placed on the bridge. After removal, viewed from the front, the hump area looks as though it is depressed (about the size of a new 10-won coin..?). And the bone on both sides of the depressed area is prominent, so it looks like it sticks out ... damn It looks fine from the side, but the front view bothers me. Other people do not notice it right away unless they look closely, but I can see it very clearly lol T_T I should wait to see whether tissue fills in, but honestly, how much could it fill in.. I wonder whether it could cover it... I absolutely did not want filler.. (because I worry about spreading and inflammation..) But I am also wondering whether just a little in the middle of the bridge would be okay.. They say dermis can be absorbed and become indented again.. I thought of using diced ear cartilage, but they say there may not be enough volume lol. They mentioned costal cartilage... but I dislike that even more T_T I wonder whether filler is my only answer T_TTT Honestly, I do not want to open my nose again T_T Has anyone filled an indented area with dermis, cartilage, or filler?

Should I cancel? T_T I did not want to use rib cartilage, so I thought, “This is the place!” and made a reservation, but it seems there are many people whose results turned out badly... I have a contracture nose, and they confidently said…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 13 I’m truly so worried about visible nasal cartilage
I have ear cartilage in my nasal tip and silicone in my nasal bridge. It has been a little over three months, and the cartilage is all visible through the rounded nasal tip. There is also a line from what I assume is the starting point of…

Anyone who has had a rhinoplasty revision there, please listen to my situation as if you were saving a life. T_T

It seems that many people undergo removal/revision because their first surgery left them with a Pinocchio nose or a witch nose (including me). Why on earth do doctors make Pinocchio noses? I... I wanted something natural;;; From now on…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 12 Even if I requested total removal, they will reinforce it if the condition is poor, right?
I asked for total removal and said I did not want any reinforcement. The doctor agreed. But if, during surgery, the condition is really not good, they would reinforce it, right? This is not a clinic that wakes patients up midway through…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 12 Has anyone had an ear-cartilage support removed?
I have an ear-cartilage support, but it feels hard and foreign, so I am planning a complete removal. If it is removed, will my nose inevitably turn up? Since I had an extension support made with ear cartilage, it feels hard and there is a…
