Nose Re-Surgery

Indentation on the nasal bridge where a dorsal hump was shaved..? Has anyone filled it with filler or cartilage?

It has almost been 7 weeks since my complete removal. During my primary surgery, the dorsal hump was shaved and silicone was placed on the bridge. After removal, viewed from the front, the hump area looks as though it is depressed (about the size of a new 10-won coin..?). And the bone on both sides of the depressed area is prominent, so it looks like it sticks out ... damn It looks fine from the side, but the front view bothers me. Other people do not notice it right away unless they look closely, but I can see it very clearly lol T_T I should wait to see whether tissue fills in, but honestly, how much could it fill in.. I wonder whether it could cover it... I absolutely did not want filler.. (because I worry about spreading and inflammation..) But I am also wondering whether just a little in the middle of the bridge would be okay.. They say dermis can be absorbed and become indented again.. I thought of using diced ear cartilage, but they say there may not be enough volume lol. They mentioned costal cartilage... but I dislike that even more T_T I wonder whether filler is my only answer T_TTT Honestly, I do not want to open my nose again T_T Has anyone filled an indented area with dermis, cartilage, or filler?
