Photos 1 and 2 are my original nose, and photos 3 and 4 are after surgery. From some angles it seems okay, but in a full side profile, I do not know whether the issue is the tip or something else; the shape looks very strange to me. I would like to know objectively what looks strange about it. T_T I used to have a soft, somewhat cute look, but now my face feels too masculine? Sharper?? My nose feels too long and the shape is odd, but I do not know how to explain what is wrong during a consultation. I am also deliberating between removal and revision surgery. Please recommend what might work for my nose shape and which procedure would be suitable..!

Fifteen years ago, I raised my nasal tip with septal cartilage (3 mm), used 2 mm silicone, and had osteotomy, but my bulbous nose was not corrected at all. It still looks masculine, which has been such a lasting disappointment. My profile…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 11 Anyone who had donated dermis for the nasal bridge
I am five months after having donated dermis placed in my nasal bridge. Is it normal for the bridge to still feel hard? As soon as the splint came off, I looked like an avatar, so I asked for early removal. They told me it would all be…
