This is my first surgery with silicone plus ear cartilage. Of the seven clinics I consulted, two think there may be something in the columella. The CT does show that the silicone was inserted too long, but they say the nasal tip is so hard that there may be something else in it. Other places say no, ear cartilage can be hard too... I am confused. Has anyone in a situation like mine had it removed?? I know they would have to open it to know for sure, but I am so torn over which clinic to choose...
