It has been three weeks since my rhinoplasty. I used 3 mm silicone and septal cartilage, and because my skin is thin and the silicone could show through, dermis was used as well. To me, the silicone seems visible in a rectangular shape. Could this be silicone show-through? Or could this be because it has only been three weeks since surgery and I am still recovering? Could someone knowledgeable please take a look..
