I want to have it removed because I am anxious about capsular contracture, but I am deliberating whether to preserve the nasal tip. I am very conflicted because the nasal tip alone might look unnatural and make it look even stranger. Has anyone preserved the nasal tip while having the implant removed and been satisfied? I have only had one consultation so far, and they told me to choose for myself..
