Has anyone had a columella extension removed and the split area corrected while having nasal bridge osteotomy? I originally had a youthful-looking face, but afterward my nose became longer and the nasal tip drops downward whenever I smile, giving me a witch-nose appearance. I have endured it for about 10 years because of my child, and now I want to have it removed with a slight correction as well. I never want revision surgery again, so I want to use the safest method possible. Is there anyone with a case like mine? The more I look into clinics, the harder it feels. If anyone has had it done at [Clinic A] ([Clinic B]), [Clinic C] ([Clinic D]), [Clinic E], [Clinic F], [Clinic G], or [Clinic H], please leave a comment about your experience.
