Hi, everyone! About 12 years after having closed rhinoplasty with silicone, the visibility and unevenness along the side of my nose became severe, so I had everything removed a year ago. Until about six months after removal, there was still plenty of swelling, so it looked okay, but as the swelling gradually went down... The middle of the bridge through the nasal tip is okay, but from the glabella to the middle of the nasal dorsum feels too flat and square? My original nose was low, but the glabella-to-bridge area did not look flat and wide. Rather, I had a narrow bridge, making the lower part look wider, like a bulbous nose. I do not know whether it became flat from being compressed by silicone for so long, but anyway, the side profile is passable, while from the front and at 45 degrees, the bridge looks too wide and flat, which I am deliberating over. Has anyone here had hyaluronic acid filler after total nose implant removal? I have heard that even dissolvable filler can spread over time and may have other side effects, but considering revision surgery feels like a major burden because I am not sure I would be satisfied even with an open procedure... Some may think, “Why touch it again after paying to have it removed?” but if anyone knows about this, please leave a comment T_T Also, I have never had filler, so I do not know much: can it be placed narrowly (?) on top of a wide nasal bridge? If anyone is knowledgeable about filler, please help me..!!
