1. My first-surgery clinic — They said they would do a full removal if I wanted, but that the sense of loss would probably be significant. They favor lowering the nasal tip rather than fully removing it, and do not remove the capsule. (My first surgery went very well, and it is still pretty enough that it feels a shame to remove it; I am removing it because of psychological fear, and I have had no inflammation for over 15 years.) I am okay with full removal as long as they smooth only the bridge, since I had a hump. My original nose had a low bridge but was pretty in shape apart from the hump. The surgeon specializes in revision surgery, does not prefer full removal, wants to retain the nasal tip, and does not remove the capsule, which concerns me. 2. Full removal is possible, and they would correct any uneven areas in the shape. A few serious negative reviews concern me. 3. Full removal is possible, but there is a strong possibility they would not refine the shape; they are really focused only on removal. I also need hump correction, but the impression was that they would not touch it at all. This place also has several negative reviews about the same issue, which concerns me. 4. They would shape the bridge nicely, but they insist on retaining the nasal tip, so I passed. I think I have visited all the famous clinics. T_T I have no intention of removing it if the hump is not smoothed out... No clinic matches my needs, and I am also surprised that removal alone costs about as much as revision surgery. T_T Which would everyone here choose?
