I had closed rhinoplasty using ear cartilage and nasal bone osteotomy, but I do not like the shape and only developed rhinitis-like symptoms.. I had a bulbous nose and relatively thick skin to begin with, so there was little frontal-view improvement. Before surgery, my nose was normal and I had no trouble breathing, but afterward it became strangely uncomfortable to breathe, like rhinitis..
