I had surgery in December 2022. I was scared of an open approach and prioritized safety, so I chose a non-open approach. I chose a university hospital for safety, and this was the only surgeon who said it could be done non-open. They said they would shave the hump slightly and press it down with silicone. They said the silicone could simply be removed after about a month, but I did not because it was bothersome and I was reluctant to undergo another procedure (I regret it now T_T). It has now been about four years, and from around year three the silicone at the nasal bridge has kept showing through and turning bluish T_T. It seems like blood is pooling. I need functional nasal surgery anyway (severe rhinitis, abnormally narrow space inside the nose, and a deviated nose), so I plan to have nasal surgery, but December is my only available time... T_T I am just waiting, but the silicone seems to keep turning bluish and it is upsetting. In the future, I either want implants such as silicone removed immediately after placement or do not want them at all. I visited other clinics for revision consultations and will leave a review!! Hump > I kept writing it incorrectly as "mae".

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewSep 6 Review: 2 years after my first rhinoplasty
Since it was my first rhinoplasty, I did not want a drastic change. Overall, I feel that I look a little prettier in a natural way. The shape of my nose has not changed dramatically, but it is a slight improvement over my original nose, so
