I was not dissatisfied with my first surgery, but I had only gotten filler in the bridge and surgery on the tip, so I had a revision because I wanted silicone. I have a naturally understated look, so I asked for a natural nose too. After surgery, the doctor told me they had placed 1 mm of silicone. Sometimes I think it might have been nice to raise the bridge a little more, but people say nose surgery is usually noticeable, right?? People around me cannot tell that I had surgery and only say that I look pretty, so I am satisfied.
