I had revision surgery because of a crooked columella and protruding cartilage, but the shape is strange and the columella is still crooked. The cartilage was trimmed twice as aftercare, but nothing changed; my nose only became more extremely operated-looking. Whenever I mention anything, the consultant seems annoyed, and the surgeon keeps blaming my facial asymmetry as though unwilling to take responsibility for the surgical result. I spent over 10 million won, but I do not know what improved. The clinic keeps mentioning pre-existing asymmetry, but should they not at least align it to some extent? I am looking into revision surgery elsewhere T_T.
