For my first rhinoplasty, I chose a well-known place with a surgeon who also performs functional nasal surgery. I should have chosen the chief surgeon.. I thought they only needed to shave my dorsal hump, but they said silicone had to be added or the hump would grow back; they kept making me out to be a stubborn patient during consultations, and it was awful. I eventually gave in and followed the surgeon's advice, and ended up with a large, long nose.. I am looking into removal now T_T. You need to be careful with your nose, but I even had septal extension, so I am very sad. Even for a first rhinoplasty, I recommend going to Seoul if possible.
