The consultation was led by the doctor. The doctor personally took photos and used Photoshop to show what kind of side profile I could expect, and I was able to hear the surgical plan before consulting with the coordinator, which gave me confidence. However, there are not many reviews, and I felt the results in the photos shown were somewhat uniform, so as a client it was difficult to readily choose based solely on the reputation and the doctor's confidence. Also, rather than dramatic improvement and a conventionally pretty nose, I want surgery that creates a shape that genuinely suits me, so I am still deliberating. Honestly, after consulting at other clinics as well, this seemed like the place most likely to create the most dramatic improvement for a bulbous nose itself.
