I booked a same-day consultation, and they gave me the earliest available time. I could tell that the doctor aims for a natural eye shape without overdoing it. Other clinics had recommended medial epicanthoplasty, but the doctor here discouraged it, saying it would instead look unnatural. The doctor used a toothpick very carefully to shape the eyes, so I could get some sense of how they would change after surgery. The surgery cost was more than I expected
