I had surgery at the clinic using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, is it right that they place the septal cartilage as the columellar strut and add ear cartilage on top to raise the height? The septum is inside, so do they use that as the support in the middle?? When I had my nose surgery, they showed me a photo of the inside of my nose during surgery, and I saw something white and long standing right in the middle pillar of the nose. Was that the septal cartilage?
