It’s been a little over two months now, but I keep getting tiny bumps only on my nose and my skin texture is really rough.. Is anyone like me?ㅠㅠ Does it get better with time???

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
