For my first bulbous nose surgery, I used all of these: silicone for the bridge, osteotomy, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage, but in the end it drooped. This time I’m thinking of having surgery with autologous costal cartilage, so please let me know hospitals that are good at it. I’ve booked three places: ㄹㅂㄹ, ㅇㅌ, and ㅍㄹㅇㅂ, and I’d appreciate more hospital recommendations.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
