When I came back after a long time, there were a few comments! First of all, my side profile was so ugly that I did not even take any photos of it, and no matter how hard I looked, there are no side-view photos from before the surgery lol The purpose of my surgery was to improve my severe bulbous nose, and among the 10 hospitals I visited, only the doctor at Tiana said something along the lines of being completely confident when I asked whether I could do it here, so I went with them!! I wanted something between natural and glamorous, and the doctor said that because of my skin and low original height, 3 mm was the maximum, so I just said okay. At other places, it felt like they were just mass-producing the same nose instead of making one that fit me. I used donor rib cartilage and silicone, and I did not reduce the nostrils. All 6 before-and-after photos were completely unedited, and photos 1 and 2 before surgery even had a nose insert in them... T_T Now I do not need a nose insert, editing, or a mask, and I do not have to cover my nose when I smile or talk!! Everyone says nose surgery is something you should not do.. but if you are as obsessed with your nose as I am, I really recommend it. It feels like I am living a completely different life!! I wore a mask for 10 years since elementary school... T_T Anyway, I am so satisfied!! This is absolutely not an ad, and if you look at my posts, everything I wrote from the time I was researching clinics and doctors is still there lol I’m honestly so grateful to the doctor, I’m extremely satisfied with my new nose, and I am writing this hoping it might help someone even a little.
