I am a man in my 30s, and my nose was originally short, so I wanted a nose that would extend forward and look longer. It has only been 2 days, but could it get longer once the swelling goes down? It looks so short now and feels like a pig nose, but if the swelling goes down, could it change? It feels like there is no change.. I had it done at a famous hospital.
