It's been 6 months since my rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage. Both the bridge and the tip have settled in well, I have no discomfort, and I'm very satisfied! I used to go in for every follow-up, but this time I didn't go, and I think it's probably fine not to. My friends also compliment my nose line every time I see them, so I really feel like I made the right decision getting nose surgery~ I got a quote from Director Kim Hyun-ju at Al U Plastic Surgery for autologous costal cartilage, silicone, bulbous-nose correction, columella lowering, and nasolabial angle correction, and went ahead with it.
