I really hate that the hump makes me look masculine, and I especially didn't like my side profile, so I had surgery, but it came back up, so I'm thinking of this as truly the last time and planning revision rhinoplasty. For my first surgery, I used an implant, but is revision surgery possible without an implant? If it's implant-free, there are also much fewer side effects, and looking at the reviews for the recommended ㅇㄴㅂ, the line looks pretty enough even without an implant
