Nose Re-Surgery

What does it mean when they say to consult without imaging even though I already have a CT?

I had surgery a long time ago and I don’t even have my old chart anymore. But I already had hump reduction and osteotomy, and when I went to a place famous for revision surgery, they told me to just feel it and go ahead with revision. I was already pretty discouraged, so I just left, but I can’t shake the feeling that I still want a CT scan so they can look at the bone condition and decide whether to do full removal or add graft material. The hospital says I don’t need a CT... honestly what is that? Isn’t the CT important? They say if I want, they’ll remove everything, but my nose will get very low and they can’t guarantee the tip shape. They’re saying to lower the tip and add functional dermis... Different famous top-three places all say different things, like some say leave something in and some say don’t remove everything, and I feel like I’m going crazy. I care about facial harmony too, so if there’s a clear reason why it really has to be done this way, I’m willing to follow that, but every place gives a different opinion, so I’m confused.
