I’m planning to remove the silicone dorsal implant and nose tip, and they say the ear cartilage support strut is likely bent, so they want to reinforce it again with new ear cartilage. But if they use new ear cartilage again, wouldn’t it bend again too? After the reinforcement, they won’t put anything on top of it.. Even if there’s almost no pressure, cartilage deformation seems common, so I’m worried! I just want to reduce the height of the bent support strut and reposition it. Honestly, even with repositioning, I feel like if they just adjust the bent part again it’ll probably bend again, but I’m tired of replacing the cartilage with new material. The reason I want to lower the support strut height is because my nostrils got bigger! Or would it be strange to not do repositioning at all and just remove everything else while leaving the bent support strut as it is?.. I’d appreciate help deciding!!
