Anyone else get severe nasal dryness after rhinoplasty? I had a non-incisional tip cartilage tie-up 8 years ago, and now I have nasal dryness like atrophic rhinitis and empty nose syndrome. Of course, the reason this developed was a combination of internal bodily issues and long-term stress... What worries me most is that there has been a persistent inflammatory reaction-like issue at the site where the tip cartilage was tied with thread 8 years ago since the beginning of this year. In February, antibiotics suppressed it for a while, and now it has appeared again. So I think the problem is the thread part where the cartilage was tied. That is because I did not have any implant or anything like that inserted... But the important thing is that so many people complain of symptoms like nasal dryness and empty nose syndrome after rhinoplasty that I am really scared. My nose is already dry now, but if I have to even open it up to loosen the cartilage thread... I am really afraid my nose will become irreversibly dry. Is there anyone who had nasal dryness but recovered over time?
