I got a consultation because I wanted to improve the crooked look, and I liked how they explained in detail what kind of surgery on the nose would make it look as symmetrical as possible! There was almost no waiting, and the consultation moved quickly, so it wasn't that long. It was a consultation that gave me a fairly positive impression.
