The front desk staff and the counseling manager were all kind, so it was nice that I could ask questions comfortably. The doctor was kind too, and when I consulted about my nose, they didn’t take a CT, but they drew a nose diagram and explained the consultation in quite a detailed way, telling me specifically which materials would be used in which areas for my nose. They only recommended surgery that was appropriate for my eyes, and there was no excessive treatment at all. They created a comfortable atmosphere, so I was glad I could speak comfortably throughout the consultation.
