There was a bit of a wait, but the chief manager kindly explained the procedure well, and I liked that the doctor’s consultation was professional. First, they listened to the direction I wanted and explained in detail what was possible and what was not, which I liked. The overall hospital atmosphere was calm, and there was no pressure, so I felt comfortable.
