After doing my own research, I decided on a first consultation because this seemed like a hospital that was fairly well-balanced in many ways. It was my first consultation, so I was very worried, but the consultation manager was kind and thorough without putting any pressure on me, which made me feel at ease. I didn’t know much about nose surgery, but the doctor explained everything clearly and calmly, so I feel like I got a better grasp of it. Overall, it was a hospital with neither a bad impression nor a bad atmosphere.
