The doctor explains things I’m curious about well and examines me thoroughly. I feel reassured since they’re so well known, and they pointed out exactly the parts I wanted to ask about. They prioritize safety... But since they didn’t do a CT and only explained based on palpation, I’m a bit hesitant... If it were a simple surgery, I would have done it here, but I’m a little torn. The counseling manager is not great. I didn’t feel any friendliness at all here.
