Because it was removal and a revision surgery, I lowered my expectations for the surgical result The director is kind and has a trustworthy style. I liked that they clearly explained what was possible and what wasn’t, and the treatment direction (they’ll keep the open approach and the support structure). I also liked that they looked at me as I am, without pushing surgery. As for the surgery itself, though, I’m still torn. I’m afraid of things like saddle nose, so I want to think about it a bit more, and if I do go ahead, I think I’d do it here.
