I went for a consultation because the tip of my nose turned red and I wanted to find out whether it was inflammation. The staff were kind, and I was happy that I got to see the director earlier than the expected time. The director spent a long time writing down my story rather than looking at my nose. And while explaining things, I got some vague feeling and didn’t feel convinced.
