The director definitely seems highly skilled, and he understands all the parts I was worried about. He also explains the overall picture very clearly and in detail. His aesthetic sense doesn't seem overly flashy, and it feels like he goes for a moderately natural-looking nose. The booking pressure was a bit much. When I said I'd look around other clinics first, his tone changed right away and his attitude changed too. It wasn't a problem with the surgery itself, but I got hurt by it, so I excluded this clinic.
