At first, when I went for the consultation, the doctor was so kind and even brought up my chronic illness (no one at the other hospitals had done that), so I immediately felt I could trust him. But on the day of surgery, I went with my mom and we had a final consultation to set the line, and when my mom asked what she was curious about, he got a little irritated and spoke in an annoyed way, as if he was frustrated; it really put me off and I don't want to go back. From other reviews too, it seems like they become unfriendly after the surgery is confirmed. My satisfaction with the surgery itself is just so-so.
