No CT scan. They analyzed carefully with drawings and explained everything while designing step by step. I hadn’t even talked about my nose concerns, but as soon as I walked in, they accurately pointed out exactly what part of my nose was bothering me and talked about it. Seemed cheerful and comfortable to be around. They did a good job with individualized custom design, but I was puzzled that they recommended autologous costal cartilage from the first consultation. They explained thoroughly that if I only used the septal cartilage and ear cartilage, it could collapse, so I understood it, but I don’t want to use rib cartilage, so I passed.
