There was no wait for consultation, which was nice. The hospital atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. Aside from the front desk staff, the consultation manager was kind, and so was the director. After meeting with the manager and confirming the surgical area and the line I wanted, we talked about the surgical method, and they relayed it to the doctor. With the doctor, I tried on the line and was told about the surgical method and anesthesia method. (I only tried on the line once, and there was no mounted mirror, so I had to hold the mirror myself.) They only talked about what was necessary, so I don't think there's any need to worry about overtreatment. The consultation went in the order of manager - doctor - manager, and it took less than 10 minutes in total. They recommended non-incisional eye correction, which made me hesitate a bit (I'd often heard before that non-incisional eye correction was just a sales tactic..). They said my case wasn't one that needed a major operation, so it would be a simple procedure. Maybe because of that, the clinic didn't pressure me or give a huge quote, and it didn't feel like a place saying I definitely had to have surgery there. There was no push to reserve, and they didn't even mention a deposit. They checked possible surgery dates and told me to go home, think about it more, and contact them later. I didn't receive the manager's business card separately.
