It's been a long time, so the cost may not be exact. I had surgery without silicone or any implant material, using osteotomy, tip cartilage binding, alar reduction, and autologous cartilage in the nasal tip. I lived for several years without any major complaints, but recently the tip of my nose has drooped a lot and maybe the cartilage was absorbed, because the height has dropped too, so I'm thinking about revision surgery.
