The consultation was satisfying. They didn't pressure me for a deposit. The main goal was to improve the functional part, and since I was opening the nose anyway, I also wanted to improve the short nose, so we had a detailed consultation about the side effects of functional surgery. They explained empty nose syndrome in detail, and I felt reassured that those side effects would be safe. The doctor was very friendly, so I felt like I could have surgery comfortably, and the manager was kind too... I asked many questions based on things I had seen and heard in forums, and they answered very kindly. When I said I definitely wanted no implant, they said they would do osteotomy, use septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and also perform surgery for the three rhinitis issues. Two other hospitals said osteotomy wasn't necessary, so I hesitated and chose another place in the end, but it seems like a good place to go for a consultation.
