This was the very first place I went for a consultation, and I didn’t really get any impression that they were rude or kind. Everyone felt a bit like machines. The wait wasn’t long, and since it was my first time I also couldn’t ask questions properly, but compared with the other places I went, the consultation was the shortest, so that was disappointing.
