After my first surgery using the septum, the tip of my nose sagged too much, so I looked around and had it redone here. They recommended lowering the bridge between the eyes + ear cartilage. Afterward, my nostrils became much more uneven. I just figured it was because the nose had gotten higher. The hospital said the same thing (it wasn't this bad even when it was high right after the first surgery, though) The side profile was very satisfying. But starting from the second month, as the overall swelling went down, my nose bridge began to look crooked too. I was really tormented by the anxiety, but around the fifth month it looked fine externally, and by around six months it was to the point that others wouldn't notice unless I said something. But when viewed from below, the nostrils look more uneven than before, and the bridge of the nose looks slightly crooked. I contacted the manager often in between because I was anxious, and they responded well and were kind. I had the revision surgery elsewhere, but the staff were kind and they carefully handled things like waterproof bandages and pumpkin juice after surgery.
